Supply Chain & Logistics Executive

About the role

This role coordinates overseas shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarders and delivery of goods to the Singapore warehouse. You will manage logistics cost verification, warehouse operations, inventory and expiry management, replenishment planning, B2B and e-commerce order fulfilment, data management and reporting, cross-department coordination, and operational issue resolution across supply chain and e-commerce functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate overseas shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarders and delivery of goods to the Singapore warehouse

• Check and verify local logistics charges such as THC, handling, D/O, trucking, storage and other freight-related costs

• Coordinate with third-party warehouses on receiving, storage, outbound orders, returns, stock transfers and stocktaking while ensuring inventory accuracy

• Monitor inventory levels and product expiry dates, and flag short-dated, slow-moving or out-of-stock items early

• Plan stock replenishment based on sales, inventory, incoming stock, forecasts, safety stock and overseas lead times

• Manage wholesale and retail orders from stock confirmation through warehouse fulfilment, delivery and proof of receipt

• Support Shopee, website and other e-commerce order fulfilment, including deliveries, returns, exchanges and stock allocation

• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, sales, purchases, stock movement, fulfilment performance and logistics expenses

• Follow up and resolve shipment delays, clearance issues, damaged or missing goods, inventory discrepancies and delivery problems

• Maintain supply chain SOPs and proper records for purchasing, imports, customs clearance, warehousing, stocktaking and returns

About you

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, import operations, warehousing or supply chain operations

• Strong initiative, attention to detail and a responsible attitude towards follow-up and task completion

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling inventory, sales, purchasing and order-related data

• Able to perform basic inventory and order analysis and maintain accurate operational records

• Experience using ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Familiarity with Singapore import procedures, freight forwarding, customs clearance and third-party warehousing

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses and customers

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up on operational issues independently

• Willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment where responsibilities may span logistics, supply chain and e-commerce operations
